About Me
BIO
Amanda Foster is a JCCC graduate who also holds a bachelor’s degree in Game Design. Her unique perspective helps her consider the impact of designs on a person and how audiences interact with their environment. she aims to invoke and inspire in her work with her versatility.
Amanda’s creative background began when she was old enough to hold a crayon. Inspired from a young age to create, she has been drawing and creating since she was a child. With her many interests throughout the years, Amanda began designing for fun years ago, but just recently figured out that, hey, maybe she should do this for a living.
She has a unique perspective with design, having worked with and been trained in game design, which focuses entirely on the user’s experience within a world and story that she now brings in to the traditional graphic design discipline, aiming to give users a unique experience by considering how audiences interact with designs on a day by day basis.
When she’s not designing, Amanda enjoys spending time with her dogs, her spouse, and still playing games to relax. She has a deep love for nature and animals, and has even been spotted befriending the neighborhood crows. She’s actively participating in the MGA, where she advocates for people who have Myasthenia Gravis.
